After treatment not detectable
b. Parathion
Before treatment 5mg/litre
After treatment 0.07mg/litre
Other:
a. Bacteria
i. E. coli; 108 bacteria per ml killed
ii. V. cholerae; 108 bacteria per ml killed
a. Virus: Poliovirus. A 4-Log. reduction in titre achieved
b. Shistosomiasis (Bilharzia or Snail Fever) Watermaker® eliminated the risk
of infection with shistosomiasis (through splash effect on mucous surface
penetration) by killing the cercariae.
