To avoid potential staining from metals that may exist in your pool water, add 1 bottle of Metal Remover in the pool (follow the instructions on the bottle).
Maintain filtration system to keep it in good order. Run pump for 12-14 hours a day in summer and 8-10 hours per day in winter. Efficient filtration is less hassle and less cost in the long run. Clear out pump and weir baskets weekly.
Always maintain chlorine residual at 1ppm (minimum). Shock treatment during adverse conditions, such as weather, prior to and after high bather loads. Brush pool walls and floor weekly.
Directions for use (only use as directed): To Increase pH: With pump and filter running, add 500g to a bucket of water and mix with a plastic or wooden object (not by hand). Pour mixture around the pool and re-test after an hour. Repeat process if required.
Follow instructions on packaging to achieve desired pH. Precautions: Handle with care. Store in a cool, dry place that is well ventilated. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed people, and animals. Do not mix with other chemicals.
First Aid: Eye contact: Flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation occurs, seek immediate medical attention. Skin contact: Wash immediately with cold water. If irritation occurs, seek immediate medical attention. If swallowed: Drink large amounts of water. Seek immediate medical attention.
